Not at all! All our classes are beginner-friendly unless otherwise stated. We’ll guide you through the process at your own pace.

All materials, tools and firing are included. You’ll leave a pot or two to be glazed and fired, ready for collection in a few weeks.

We'll let you know your collection date at the end of your session. Typically, it takes 3–5 weeks for your pot to be glazed and fired.

Due to limited space, we ask that only participants attend sessions. For private bookings, feel free to get in touch and we can chat options.
Studio Access & Memberships

Yes – our studio is largely self-managed, so we ask that members have some prior experience with ceramics. If you're unsure, send us a quick email – we can guide you to the best starting point.

Members can access the studio during our regular opening hours. These are listed on our contact page and may vary slightly across the year.

Absolutely – we love showing people around! Drop us an email and we’ll find a time.

Full Membership gives you unlimited access during opening hours, plus clay allowance, shelf and locker space. Friday Club is for those who want regular, once-a-week access (Fridays only), with all tools and glazes included.
Private Sessions & Gifting

Yes! We offer 2-hour one-to-one or small group lessons (up to 3 people). Great for beginners or anyone wanting tailored tuition.

Yes – we offer printed gift vouchers and greetings cards for all classes and memberships. You can collect in person or we’ll post them out.

Definitely. Email us your idea – whether it’s a private date night, family workshop or creative party – and we’ll help make it happen.
Studio Policies

Unfortunately we can’t offer make-up sessions, but we’ll help you catch up where possible during future classes.

Something you don’t mind getting a bit messy! Aprons are available, but clay can be clingy.

Yes – we offer pottery parties and private sessions for kids aged 8+. All under 16s must be accompanied by an adult (or part of a booked event).

We are based on the ground floor with step-free access and accessible toilets. Please get in touch with any specific needs – we’re happy to help.
